Years lived in: 2 years, owned

This house has been home for Kerrick much longer than two years; in fact, he practically grew up here. This house used to belong to his grandparents, and his grandfather would pick him up from school and take him back to their house every day. When TaLaya and Kerrick had the opportunity to inherit the house, it was a no-brainer for Kerrick, but did TaLaya want to take on the royal blue carpet and way outdated kitchen? It turns out, she did (if she could put her own stamp on it)!
